Yes! If your child is under 21, has a physical or developmental disability, and is covered by a Medicaid-managed care plan, you may qualify to be their caregiver. Caresphere works directly with your doctor and insurance provider to secure approval. Additionally, we provide a free 75-hour Home Health Aide training program to ensure you meet all necessary qualifications

Unfortunately, in Pennsylvania, spouses do not qualify to be paid caregivers for their partners. 

If the care is already approved by your payer source, the process takes just 1-2 days from the time you apply with us (assuming all steps are followed promptly). 

If payer source approval is still needed, Caresphere will help you secure it within 1-2 weeks, provided all required documentation is submitted on time. 

Caresphere pays every Friday for the previous week (Saturday to Friday). Your first paycheck will be issued on the second Friday after you start clocking in. 

Our hiring process is simple and efficient: 

1. Video Interview: Schedule a quick, 15-minute virtual interview with one of our recruiters. 
2. Online Application: Complete and submit your application online. 
3. Medical Clearance: Get your TB clearance through a nearby lab. We’ll guide you through the process for a negative Quantiferon result and medical clearance. 
4. Interactive Orientation: Participate in a 2-hour self-guided orientation, where you’ll set up your systems and learn how to succeed at Caresphere. 
5. Case Assignment Contract: Once orientation is complete, your case manager assigns you a case. 

And that’s it! Start your shift, clock in, and get paid the same day or with weekly payroll—it’s your choice!
